Hi! I’m Alyssa, the owner and baker at The CO Cookie Collective. I’ve loved being in the kitchen since I was little, and turning your ideas into beautiful, delicious cookies is now one of my favorite things ever.

Whether it’s a cute baby shower theme or a colorful birthday set, I have so much fun bringing your vision to life in cookie form. Every order feels like a new creative adventure, and I’m always excited to work with my customers to make their celebrations a little sweeter.

My Story
My love for the kitchen started young. I was always eager to learn how to cook and bake, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook who has always made every meal feel special. That curiosity grew with me, leading me to cooking classes all throughout school, including an advanced, competition-based culinary program.
Over time, my love for cooking naturally shifted into an even deeper love for baking. When I had kids, I found myself wanting to make their birthday parties extra special, so I decided to learn how to decorate sugar cookies. What began as a fun skill for my own family, quickly turned into a full-blown passion.
I began baking for friends and family, and one order led to another… and another. Eventually, that little spark of passion turned into The CO Cookie Collective, where I now get to help amazing customers bring their celebrations to life, one cookie at a time.
